Time to set up shop?

Since it's no longer viable to rely solely upon writing sponsored posts to make my money online, I've been doing a bit of thinking on what I should do next. Ebay-ing is one alternative that I started off with early this year but had little success with. (Actually I only managed to sell one item. Hahaha.) Therefore it was easy for me to lose interest in Ebay once I discovered sponsored posts. Affiliate programs are another avenue I might explore further since it seems that the big money bloggers reap much from this stream of income. But right now I am thinking of setting up shop online to sell some stuff. With this in mind, I am looking around for the right shopping cart software that will make shopping online a breeze for potential customers. It's pretty important to have a good navigable system and the ability to accept credit cards as most people would use this method to make payment. And if I'm going to be selling internationally, I need software that is able to deal with the intricacies of shipping calculation as well as tax, if any. Ashop Commerce seems to be able to offer all that I'm looking for (their list of features seems endless!), with a free ten day trial to boot. Yup, this is definitely something I want to look into.
